On-Site Service calls (Booked 24 Hour in advance)
$45 per hour for on site services calls: (Plus PST & GST) Invoices will be provided for all work done, payment is required at the time of the service call. or prepaid via on-line PayPal payment. Minimum 2-hour per visit plus.
1/2 rate travel charge + Bridge tolls (Lower mainland )

$70 for a 2 hour visit for on-site training (Plus GST)

All hard drives sooner or later fail, and the data on them is lost if not backed up. Please make sure that you have your data backed up before a service call to made. While every reasonable precaution and care is taken when working on a computer, there are so many different manufacturers and variations of the hardware and software that incompatibilities often occur, and can sometimes result in a partial or complete loss of data on a drive. SelectBC Communications assumes no responsibility or liability for loss of data resulting from installation of new hardware, software, or operating system updates or any down time.
